Airspacers Membership
From Social Membership to equity ownership of the fleet.
We offer four membership tiers: Equity, Non-Equity, Leaseback, and Social. Members of every tier have full access to the Airspacers community, including member meetings, social events, fly-outs, and our Discord.
Equity
Equity Members are shareholders of Air-Spacers, Inc., and are part-owners of our five wholly-owned aircraft.

Common questions
Is Airspacers a flight school?
No. Airspacers is an equity-based flying Club. Because we are a Club, we offer lower hourly rates, no daily minimums, and full insurance coverage for all members. Our CFI and CFII members can help you work toward your Private Pilot License or an Instrument Rating.
Do I need to be a pilot to join?
No. The Club is open to pilots of every experience level and to people who have not yet started training. Social Members take part in Club life without flying, and our member instructors can help you earn your Private Pilot License.
Is there a waitlist?
Equity Membership is capped at 75 members, and there is currently a waitlist. Social, Non-Equity, and Leaseback Memberships have no wait. Non-Equity Members can fly our leaseback aircraft, N1547C and N204RM, immediately while on the waitlist.
How much does it cost to fly?
Rates start at $145/hour Tach (wet) for our Cessna 172M, equivalent to $112 Hobbs. Dues are $205/month. There are no hourly minimums and no overnight fees. Rates were updated in July 2026; see the fleet for each aircraft’s rate.
What does Equity Membership include?
Equity Members are shareholders of Air-Spacers, Inc. and part-owners of our five wholly-owned aircraft. They have full access to the fleet, including the leaseback aircraft. Equity Members vote on Club matters, may serve on the Board, and contribute through Club Service.
Can I put my own aircraft on leaseback?
Yes. Leaseback Members bring their own aircraft and are entitled to 100% of the rental revenue it generates. We make the aircraft available to members and help with its maintenance and other operations.
How are the aircraft maintained?
Our aircraft receive 100-hour inspections, oil analysis, and routine visual checks from certified mechanics and specialty shops experienced with each type. Each aircraft has a Plane Captain who flies it regularly and coordinates its care.
How do members book aircraft?
Through Schedule Master, the Club’s online scheduling system, at any time that suits you. Any aircraft your membership tier includes can be reserved there.
Is insurance included?
Yes, for flying members. Our fleet is fully insured, and all flying members have full insurance coverage through the Club. Social Membership does not include Club insurance coverage.
